4. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without notice.

  • Payments: We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, a maximum limit of ₹5,000 applies.

  • Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

5. Products and "The Zotos Universe"

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our apparel, footwear, and accessories as accurately as possible.

  • Variation: However, due to different screen calibrations, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is handled by third-party logistics partners.

  • Timeline: While we aim for the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy (3–10 business days), delays due to regional lockdowns, festivals, or natural calamities are beyond our control.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Zotowear are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return process is governed by our Return Policy.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (innerwear, socks, masks) are final sale and non-returnable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to the Zotos logo, graphic tee designs, product photography, and text, is the exclusive property of Zotowear. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without express written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

If you post a review or tag us in a photo wearing Zotos gear, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish that content for marketing purposes across our social media and website.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zotowear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability to you for any purchase made shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, State, e.g., New Delhi, Delhi].
