1. Managing Your Account

How do I create a new Zotowear account?

Creating an account is simple and helps you track orders and manage your wishlist. Click on the "Account" icon (top right) and select "Register." We recommend registering with your 10-digit Indian mobile number for easy login and SMS updates.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

No problem. On the Login page, click "Forgot Password?" enter your registered mobile number or email address, and we will send you a secure OTP or a link to create a new one instantly.

How do I update my profile details (email, phone, address)?

Login to your account and navigate to "My Profile" or "Account Settings." From there, you can update your contact information and manage multiple delivery addresses for a faster checkout.


2. Ordering & Payments

What digital payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of secure digital payments:

  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Maestro.

  • Net Banking: Supporting all major Indian banks.

  • Wallets: Mobikwik, Freecharge, etc.

My payment was deducted, but my order is not confirmed. What should I do?

This sometimes happens due to connectivity issues with the bank. Please do not panic. If the payment was successful, your order is usually confirmed within 24 hours. If it is not, the amount is automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days. You can contact our support team with your transaction ID for assistance.

How do I use a coupon or promo code?

On the 'Checkout' page, you will see a field labeled "Apply Coupon/Promo Code." Enter your code exactly as it appears and click "Apply" to see your discount reflected in the final total.


3. Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping charges?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable.

When will I receive my order?

We strive to deliver your style as fast as possible.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days.

  • Rest of India: 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: Sundays and public holidays are not business days.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an SMS and an email with a tracking link. You can also track your live order status directly from the "My Orders" section of your account.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable, they will usually call you to arrange a convenient time. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.


4. Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Go to "My Orders," select the order you wish to cancel, and click "Cancel Item." Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it after delivery.

What is Zotowear’s Return Policy?

We want you to love your purchase. We offer a 7-day free return/exchange window from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, items like innerwear, socks, masks, and customized products cannot be returned.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Go to "My Orders," select the item you wish to return/exchange, and click on the "Return/Exchange" button. Follow the prompts to select a reason and choose your preferred refund method (Zotos Wallet Credit or Original Payment Source). We will arrange a reverse pickup for you.


5. Products & Sizing

Where can I find the Size Chart?

A detailed Size Chart is available on every product page, just above the size selection buttons. Our charts provide measurements in inches and centimeters to help you find your perfect Zotos fit.

Are Zotowear.com products authentic?

Absolutely. When you shop on Zotowear.com, you are buying directly from the brand. Every product is 100% authentic and crafted to our premium quality standards.

The footwear I ordered doesn't fit. Can I exchange it?

Yes. You can initiate an exchange for a different size (subject to availability) within 7 days of delivery. The exchange process is free of charge.
