Free Shipping: All orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in India.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied to cover high-quality packaging and handling.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD services for most pin codes. A small convenience fee may apply to COD orders to ensure secure handling by our courier partners.

We ship from our central hubs to ensure the fastest possible route to you. Once your order is confirmed, here is what you can expect:

Safe Delivery: All Zotowear shipments are packed in tamper-evident packaging. If you receive a package that appears opened or damaged, please do not accept it and contact our support team immediately.
Address Accuracy: To ensure on-time delivery, please double-check your pin code and contact number. Our couriers may call you to coordinate the exact drop-off time.
Partial Shipments: If you’ve ordered items from different categories (e.g., a pair of sneakers and a graphic tee), they may occasionally arrive in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery for each item. You will be notified if this happens.
