The Zotos 7-Day Window
We offer a 7-day Hassle-Free Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery. Whether it’s a change of heart or a change of size, we’ve got you covered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unused & Unwashed: In the same condition you received them.
Original Packaging: Including all brand tags, boxes, and accessory cases.
Proof of Purchase: Your order confirmation or invoice.
Category-Specific Guidelines
Because we carry a diverse "Product Universe," some specific rules apply:

| Footwear | Must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box. |
| Accessories (Wallets, Belts, Caps) | Eligible for return if original seals/tags are present. |
| Non-Returnable Items | For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on innerwear, socks, or masks unless there is a manufacturing defect. |
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We’ve integrated the process directly into your account for your convenience:
Log In: Go to the "My Orders" section on Zotowear.com.
Select Item: Click on the product you wish to return or exchange.
Choose Action: Select 'Return' for a refund or 'Exchange' for a different size/color.
Reverse Pickup: Once approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48–72 hours to collect the item.
Note: Please ensure the item is packed securely for the transition.
Refund Timelines & Methods
We process refunds as soon as the returned item passes our quality check at the warehouse.
Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
Exchange Policy (The "Right Size" Guarantee)
Love the style but need a different size? We offer one free exchange per order. If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your Zotos Wallet or bank account.
Damaged or Defective Items?
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp +91-9288251113 with a photo of the defect. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
